Fukuoka- and Tokyo-Based Rock Unit ivy core Makes Its Debut

On November 14, 2021, ivy core held a solo show at Fukuoka LIVE HOUSE OP’s. Tickets sold out despite the show taking place under COVID-19 restrictions. Together with opening act PLADiA, the unit delivered an intense 60 minutes.

ivy core is a rock idol unit consisting of 羽柴千乃 (pictured in white) and 蓮水悠希 (pictured in black). The duo released the digital single “破壊” through the Trick Star Sound Studio label. With the members based separately in Tokyo and Fukuoka, they aim to perform nationwide.

Their upcoming activities include an opening performance at an idol festival held in November 2021, as well as a show in Tokyo. They are also confirmed for a December 4 event at BADKNee LAB., a new Fukuoka live venue opened by 松隈ケンタ, a sound producer for artists including BiSH. Their future activities are expected to extend beyond Fukuoka.
