“Nomal,” an album by high-school rapper Has-ki, who works across genre boundaries, will be released digitally on March 2, 2022.

It contains 17 tracks, the highest number on any Has-ki release to date, with a range of beats by artists including fellow Fukuoka beatmaker Co Klout$ and Vocaloid producer *-teris(あすく). The featured guests also cross genres, including rappers WeSSker and Fantôme, who have attracted attention on SoundCloud, and VTuber 夢羽九(ゆめばくう). The album also includes “Moonlight remix,” previously exclusive to the CD edition of the debut EP “One sided,” released under the name 蓮木. The record spans a variety of musical genres, from city pop to hyperpop.

Its track “夏の色” was featured on the Fukuoka Collective playlist. After changing their name to Has-ki, they released “かぷせるわーるど” in October. The song inspired choreography on TikTok and was also used as background music. In January, Has-ki went on to release the debut album “# 超チルなラッパー.” They also collaborate with Vocaloid producers, working across genre boundaries.
