ミスフィットプラネット digitally released their latest single, “Get Down,” on April 22, 2026.
With “get down”—a phrase carrying various meanings, including “beginning,” “ending,” and “dancing”—as its keyword, this pop tune translates fluctuating feelings and thoughts directly into sound.
It depicts the real feeling of the “now,” moving forward without fully settling on answers. A brass-colored introduction gives way to lightly bouncing piano, while the phrase 「オーライ」 repeats pleasantly in the chorus. By avoiding an overly dramatic buildup, it creates a striking sense of floating as if drifting through a dream. The track affirms emotional ups and downs, slipping naturally into the listener's present, wavering mood.

An excuse for a life that doesn't go well. A five-piece band comprising ひめ花 (vocals), なおき (guitar), ちば (bass), やすけん (drums), and ひでか (keyboards). They began in 2022 as a band without a vocalist, arriving at their current lineup when vocalist ひめ花 joined in 2024. They continue to make songs that offer an excuse—a way to forgive yourself when everyday life doesn't go well.
