Tokyo-based pop duo omelatte released the single “白昼夢” on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
The duo’s first single in around a year and nine months was composed by guitarist 石川達也, with lyrics co-written by 石川 and vocalist Saori. Depicting a brief escape from an unchanging daily routine, the song begins with a quiet drum roll. Tones build up one by one, developing dramatically toward its latter half.
