ASA Wu and BBY NABE release their collaborative R&B track "Notice Me"!

Taiwanese R&B singer ASA Wu and New York-based artist BBY NABE released their collaborative single "Notice Me" on September 24.


Producing the track was Kay Clacker, who also worked on their previous release "Prince Boy," crafting a sound that captures the glitter of a mirror ball and the glow of neon lights. The rhythm carries a hint of romance, while the smooth R&B groove creates a beat you'll want to surrender your heart to. The lyrics blend English and Japanese, and the track is a sweet yet tense R&B number reflecting the heat of the club.


Following song releases in Taiwan during July and August, releases in Japan are scheduled to follow this single. An EP release is also planned for next year.

An R&B singer from Taiwan. She captivates listeners with her impressive flow, fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English. She debuted in 2021 with the EP "Omen" produced by KM produce. She has contributed to albums by EVISBEATS, BANVOX, and rapper LEX, and collaborated with Reiwa-era artists LANA and Issei Uno Fifth on the track "TOXIC." In 2022, she released the song "Uncolor" as part of a tie-up project with the YouTube anime "Artiswitch". Starting in 2024, she expanded her activities to Taiwan, releasing her first song through a Taiwanese label. She also composed the Christmas song for Miyashita Park, which has been used for three consecutive years as of 2024.

Born and raised in New York, this bilingual rapper has lived in Japan since age 12. Possessing a singing voice with pleasing low notes and crystal-clear high notes, she crafts a unique worldview through lyrical yet catchy flows and melodies, switching effortlessly between English and Japanese in her rap. In 2019, he performed at Red Bull RASEN Spiral. His track "PINK SWEET" went viral in early 2021, peaking at #3 on the Japan Top 50 chart. In 2022, both "Love's Like a Western Song" and "Cherry REMAKE" also became viral hits on TikTok. In 2023, he released his first album "now that UR gone". He produces music across various genres and also works as a composer, providing songs to numerous artists including King & Prince, yama, and Yoshi.
